Welcome to Ielts Blast. By registering for our IELTS classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Registration and Payment
Registration: To enroll in our IELTS classes, you must complete the online registration form and provide accurate information. Your registration is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot in the class. We accept payment via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal].

2. Course Schedule and Cancellation
Course Schedule: Classes will be conducted according to the schedule provided at the time of registration. We reserve the right to modify the schedule if necessary, with prior notice to registered participants.
Cancellation by Us: We may cancel a class if there are insufficient registrations or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.

3. Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of registration or before the start of the first class. Refunds will not be issued once the class has commenced.
Non-Refundable Items: Course fees, late registrations, and customized training packages are non-refundable.

4. Attendance and Participation
Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for successful completion of the course. Absences should be communicated to the instructor in advance where possible.
Participation: You are expected to participate actively in classes and complete any assigned coursework.

5. Conduct
Behavior: All participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during classes. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
Intellectual Property: Course materials provided are for personal use only and should not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability
Limitation: Ielts Blast is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or from any interruption or cancellation of the course.
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or strikes.

7. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We collect personal information for the purpose of processing registrations and providing course-related communication.
Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information and do not share it with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your registration.

8. Changes to Terms
Modifications: Ielts Blast reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
