Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
Request Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the registration date or before the start of the first class, whichever is earlier.
Course Material: If applicable, any course materials received must be returned in their original condition.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note the following items are non-refundable:
Course Fees: Once the class has started, fees are non-refundable.
Late Registration: Refunds will not be issued for registrations made within [number] days of the class start date.
Customized Training Packages: If you have registered for a customized or private training package, refunds are not applicable.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to refund@ieltsblast.com or call us at +234 905 7525 461. Provide your registration details, including your name, registration number, and the reason for the refund request.
Return Materials: If you have received any course materials, return them to us in their original condition. Instructions for returning materials will be provided upon receipt of your refund request.

Processing Time
Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified once your refund has been approved and processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

Rescheduling and Transfers
If you wish to reschedule your classes or transfer to a different session, please contact us at least 5 days before the start date of your registered class. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
